We want to ensure everyone has a positive experience with our shop.
Delivery
$20 deliver fee for delivery in Cedar Park. (78613)
Orders must be received by 1 pm CT for same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We are closed on Sundays.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day.
If an order is outside our delivery zone, we will either not charge your credit card or issue a refund as soon as possible, and we will contact you immediately.
If we deliver and the recipient is not home at time of delivery, the arrangement will be left at door, and we will contact recipient and sender to let them know.
During the hot summer months, please make sure there is someone home to pick up the arrangements. We do not want to leave flowers to die in the heat.
If for any reason we have to redeliver, you will be charged accordingly.
Our school deliveries always go to the main office – we are not allowed to deliver directly to students. The school is responsible for delivering to students.
The apartment delivery process varies. Depending on the leasing office policy, we may leave the flowers at the office or at the front door.
Please make sure to confirm any gate code and/or apartment number.
There is no fee for pick-up.

Substitution
Since all of our creations are unique, we are unable to match exactly any arrangement shown on the website.
If you want to order a specific flower, we need at least 48 hours notice.
